Please note:

 If your responses indicate you are suitable for hair extensions I will be in touch with available dates and times for you to attend a face-to-face consultation. If these dates are suitable I will then send you a Paypal link to pay your non-refundable £10 Consultation booking fee.  Appointments are not reserved until this £10 deposit is paid and you have had written confirmation from myself of your appointment time. All appointments are on a first come first serve basis.

 Fittings cannot be reserved until a face-to-face consultation has taken place. If after carrying out a face to face consultation your hair and scalp are suitable for hair extensions, we can then check the diary to reserve a fitting date and time. A £200 deposit is taken during your consultation appointment to reserve your fitting appointment. This will go towards the cost of your hair order and is deducted from your final fee. This can be paid in cash or by bank transfer.

 Unfortunately not everyone is a suitable candidate for hair extensions. If your answers and/or hair photos indicate you are not suitable for hair extensions I will let you know why
